Just like you I’ve had my highs and lows. Moments of despair followed by moments of pure joy. It was the despair, disconnect, guilt, shame and lack of worth that shifted my life. For this, I am incredibly grateful. Those broken promises, crushed hearts, health issues, failed careers, and deaths are what guided me to knowing that there was more that I wasn’t aware of.
